Hobby Clubs at BINESWAR BRAHMA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, KOKRAJHAR
The hobby clubs of Bineswar Brahma Engineering College, Kokrajhar BBEC is governed by the Centre for Extracurricular Activities (CEA). These are programs that:
- are not part of the regular academic curriculum; and,
- are structured around an activity, goal, or purpose for leadership building.
The well-structured extracurricular activities of the college are custodian under the faculty in charge. Most of the programs include body and mind wellness like sports, student government, community service, arts, technical and educational clubs.
Extracurricular activities all complement an academic curriculum, while these activities are structured by age group and interest group. An extracurricular activity has proven meaningful contributions, maintain a commitment, and manage their time and priorities in individual life.
However, colleges do understand that not all students have the luxury of pursuing traditional extracurricular activities but CEA ensure for holistic development of the student by involving in live project under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (https://unnatbharatabhiyan.gov.in), Smart Village Lab (https://smartvillageslab.msd.unimelb.edu.au/), Industrial Research Development Centre (www.irdc.in) and Innovation and Incubation Centre, Bineswar Brahma Engineering College (www.iicbbec.com) etc.
