Disconnect and clean all engine and battery earth wires2. Disconnect the old CDM module and remove the high tension coil wire from the spark plug 3. Undo the bolts and remove the old CDM module. Note the direction of the spark plug wires4. Check the DC voltage on the ignition off (stop) wire (usually black/yellow) with the key switch in the on and off position.
